现在,很多人已经认识到,厂长也要抓思想政治工作。然而厂长怎样抓呢?我认为,要求厂长抓思想政治工作,不是要他象党委书记那样抓。厂长和书记抓思想政治工作的目的、对象是一样的;但方法、方式、内容则各有侧重。厂长的思想政治工作主要是求得与职工“心理的和谐”,使企业对职工具有凝聚力和向心力。在这方面,厂长要抓好四件事: 一、厂长要有一个为职工认同和归属的企业目标(或叫厂长目标)。这个目标不仅是指企业(厂长)要达到的生产经营指标,而且应包括企业的基本信念、价值观念以及满足职工
Now, many people have realized that the director must also grasp ideological and political work. However, how does the director grasp it?
