在整个应聘过程中,面试无疑是最具有决定性意义的一环。面试就像是一幕舞台剧,尽管只有面试官和求职者两个角色,可这场戏的剧情却千变万化。求职者竭尽所能向面试官全面展示自身素质、能力、品质等;面试官则通过各种方式来考查求职者的素质、能力和品质。面试既然是舞台剧,那么就要讲究策略,如何向面试官呈现最好的一面,是求职者应该好好思索的问题。准备充分、充满自信并且有始有终的面试,能够在很大程度上弥补先前笔试或是其他条件如学历、专业上的一些不足,从而能在与其他应聘者的竞争中获得先机,赢得面试官好感,直至最后应聘成功。
