调查结果显示:当前的生物学教育质量难以满足学生的学习需求;“面向全体学生”的缺口较大;教师的教育教学行为与其先进的课程理念不一致;师生将高考视为终级目标。针对这些问题,应增强《标准》的指导性和可操作性;加强教师队伍建设;完善教育改革支撑体系;减掉无用的重复,教学核心知识和技能;建立“我—你”的平等师生关系,实施互动教学。
The survey results show that: the current quality of biology education is difficult to meet the learning needs of students; “for all students ” gap; teachers education and teaching behavior is inconsistent with its advanced curriculum concepts; teachers and students as the ultimate goal of college entrance examination . In response to these problems, we should enhance the guidance and operability of the “Standard”; strengthen the building of a contingent of teachers; perfect the support system for education reform; eliminate unnecessary repetition and teaching core knowledge and skills; and establish “I-you” equality Relationship between teachers and students, the implementation of interactive teaching.
