在现代公司管理中,薪酬信息化管理是人力资源管理以及公司运营变革或转型过程中不可或缺的重要因素。作为股份分公司,薪酬管理既要依据上级公司制定的原则,又要在权限内更好地发挥激励员工的作用,这就必须调整原有的薪酬策略。笔者探讨了股份分公司薪酬信息化管理的设计与改革。
