目的通过检测并比较小儿肺炎合并心力衰竭(心衰组)、肺炎不合并心衰(无心衰组)的B型脑钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)水平,探讨BNP在肺炎合并心衰中的临床价值。方法选择肺炎合并心衰小儿25例为研究对象,肺炎不合并心衰患儿25例为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)定量检测BNP。结果心衰组BNP水平明显高于无心衰组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 BNP可作为判断小儿肺炎合并心衰的一个客观指标。
Objective To evaluate the role of BNP in the pathogenesis of pneumonia complicated with heart failure (CHF) by detecting and comparing the levels of brain natriuretic peptide (B) in children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure (CHF), pneumonia without heart failure The clinical value. Methods Twenty-five children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure were enrolled in this study. Twenty-five children without pneumonia complicated with heart failure were selected as the control group. BNP was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results BNP levels in patients with heart failure were significantly higher than those without heart failure, there was a significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion BNP can be used as an objective index to judge the pneumonia complicated with heart failure in children.
