吴江市震泽中学体育场分为东、西2个看台,东区跨度为170.7m,主骨架为梭柱斜拉索网格结构,西区跨度为224.0m,主骨架为背拉索大悬挑网格结构。根据东、西区屋盖受力特点,东区拉索随梭柱一同吊装,一次张拉到位,胎架主动脱架、屋盖自然成型的方法;西区采用一次张拉,通过胎架落架使拉索达到设计值的方法。采用Midas软件对拉索张拉方案进行仿真模拟,确定了张拉的可行性和监控要点,为整个屋盖的施工提供了数据支持。
