患女,44岁,以上腹气胀1年之主诉就诊。查体:左上腹触及一包块约10cm×10cm×12cm大小,活动度较大。B超脾下左肾前,胰尾及胃左方一8.5cm×8.8cm无回声团块,内见絮状回声及团状增强回声。B超诊断:左腹部囊性肿块(畸胎瘤?)。入院1周后行剖腹探查术,术中见肿瘤位于胃体前壁大弯侧,有一短蒂,肿瘤大约12cm×12cm×10cm,活动,张力高,钳夹蒂根部及部分胃壁,将肿瘤切除。
The female patient, 44 years old, complained of abdominal distention for 1 year. Physical examination: The left upper abdomen touches a mass of about 10cm x 10cm x 12cm, and the activity is relatively large. Before B-spleen left kidney, pancreas tail and stomach left a 8.5cm × 8.8cm echo-free mass, within the floccular echo and lump-like enhanced echo. B-diagnosis: Left abdominal cystic mass (teratoma?). One week after admission, laparotomy was performed. During the operation, the tumor was located on the major curvature side of the anterior wall of the stomach body. There was a short pedicle, and the tumor was approximately 12cm x 12cm x 10cm. The activity was high, and the tension was high. The root of the pedicle and part of the stomach wall were clamped and the tumor was removed.
