定向井、水平井使用PDC钻头导向钻井,具有钻速高、寿命长、安全性高等优点,但PDC钻头定向易出现工具面不稳、易憋压等现象,严重影响PDC钻头使用效果。PDC钻头定向易憋压主要原因有攻击性强、稳定性差的PDC钻头,定向托压致使钻具蛙动,地层软硬交替,螺杆功率低等。本文提出了通过优化设计定向PDC钻头、优选PDC钻头定向防憋压工具、降低井眼摩阻扭矩等方法,可有效防止PDC钻头定向憋压,让PDC钻头在定向井中发挥更大的优势。
Directional drilling and horizontal drilling using PDC bit have the advantages of high drilling speed, long service life and high safety. However, the orientation of PDC bit tends to be unstable and easy to be pressured, which will seriously affect the performance of PDC bit. PDC bit orientation easy to suppress the main reason for the aggressive, poor stability of the PDC bit, directional pressure caused the drill frog move, alternating ground hard, screw low power. In this paper, we propose to optimize the design of directional PDC bit, preferably PDC bit oriented anti-pressure and pressure tools to reduce the borehole friction torque, which can effectively prevent the directional orientation of PDC bit and make PDC bit play a greater advantage in directional well.
