Through the analysis of the unique historical and cultural environment in Heilongjiang River Basin, this paper explores the painting creative spirit system with the characteristics of Heilongjiang River Basin and summarizes and concludes its connotation, in order to understand and grasp the painting style of Heilongjiang River Basin in depth.
