以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为桥梁,将聚乙二醇-1000(PEG-1000)接枝到环氧树脂(EP)链段中,并在EP分子链上引入了亲水性聚氧乙烯链段,经去离子水乳化后,制得非离子型自乳化水性EP乳液;以水溶性三乙烯四胺为固化剂,将其加入到上述乳液中,制得水性EP涂膜。研究结果表明:该乳液的离心稳定性良好,其平均粒径为30 nm左右,并且粒径呈单峰分布;水性EP涂膜的铅笔硬度达到3H,并且其附着力、耐酸碱性和耐水性等俱佳。
