目的:建立女贞子配方颗拉中齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Hang Bang C18(200°4.6mm 5μm);流动相为甲醇:水(95:5);检测波长210nm;流速1.0ml/ min;柱温30℃。结果:齐墩果酸的检测浓度线性范围为0.005～0.025μg(r=0.9997),RSD= 2.04%(n=5);平均加样回收率为98.69%,RSD=1.87%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、快捷、准确,可用于女贞子配方颗粒的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of oleanolic acid in Ligustrum lucidum extract. Method: The column was a Hang Bang C18 (200°4.6mm 5μm); the mobile phase was methanol:water (95:5); the detection wavelength was 210nm; the flow rate was 1.0ml/min; the column temperature was 30°C. Results: The linear range of detection concentration of oleanolic acid was 0.005-0.025 μg (r=0.9997), RSD was 2.04% (n=5), the average recovery was 98.69%, and RSD was 1.87% (n=6). . Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used to determine the content of Ligustrum lucidum.
