2007年7月,海门市政府成立了投资项目工程建设中心(以下简称代建中心),全面负责全市政府投资300万元以上(含300万元)项目的代建任务。代建制实施两年多来共开工建设公建项目15个,建筑面积11.7万平方米,投资总额4.05亿元,完成投资额3.6亿元,有效节约政府投资7000多万元。
In July 2007, the Haimen Municipal Government established the Investment Project Construction Center (hereinafter referred to as the Construction and Construction Center), which has overall responsibility for the construction task of the city government to invest more than 3 million yuan (including 3 million yuan) in behalf of the project. Acting on behalf of the system for more than two years to start a total construction of 15 public construction projects, construction area of 117,000 square meters, a total investment of 405 million yuan, an investment of 360 million yuan, effectively saving more than 70 million yuan government investment.
