以新阳煤矿充填开采项目为背景,通过流变试验研究高浓度胶结充填料浆的流变特性,确定其流变参数,并结合充填料浆沿程阻力损失的理论计算公式,计算出不同配比下料浆的沿程阻力,最后通过环管试验进行验证。结果表明:高浓度胶结充填料浆的屈服应力和黏度系数随粉煤灰掺量的增加而增大,其流变模型可近似用宾汉模型表示;基于宾汉模型,提出了高浓度胶结充填料浆沿程阻力损失的理论公式;运用该理论公式计算出料浆在水平直管中的阻力损失的理论值;利用环管试验进行验证,其结果与理论值相差不超过3%,无堵管现象,验证了理论公式在实际应用中的可靠性。
