The tensile properties of rapidly solidified Al-Li alloy with different extrusion ratio under different heat treatment conditions were compared. The results of electron lens and scanning fracture show that Al-Li alloy is a brittle fracture mode , Because the δ ’phase (Al3Li) and the S’ phase (Al2CuMg) do not match well
