目的探讨不同软组织瓣在口腔颌面部缺损与修复中的应用比较分析。方法回顾分析2007年1月至2011年12月间,选取100例口腔颌面部软组织缺损进行皮瓣修复,统计术后皮瓣成功率,分析失败原因。结果应用软组织瓣修复口腔颌面部各类缺损100例,成功95例,成功率为95%。结论采用不同软组织瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损,对患者术后外形及功能具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the comparative analysis of the application of different soft tissue flaps in oral and maxillofacial defect. Methods Retrospective analysis between January 2007 and December 2011, 100 cases of oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects were selected flap repair, statistics of the success rate of postoperative flap, analysis of the causes of failure. Results 100 cases of various types of oral and maxillofacial defects were repaired with soft tissue flap, 95 cases were successful. The success rate was 95%. Conclusion Reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial defects using different soft tissue flaps is of great importance to the postoperative shape and function of patients.
