长期以来,有一种奇怪的“供求”现象普遍存在于教育界:中小学教师渴望获得能够用来解决困惑和问题的先进教育理论和教育研究成果;然而相关理论和成果在向中小学教师传递的过程中频遭抵触。这折射出中小学教师复杂的心态:对理论与实际、研究与行动相结合的期待和对教育研究现状的不满。教育行动研究是一种有利于改变教育研究现状,促进理论与实际、研究与行动相结合,彰显中小学教师主体性的教育研究模式。
For a long time, there was a strange phenomenon of “supply and demand” prevailing in the education sector: primary and secondary school teachers long for advanced educational theory and educational research that can be used to solve confusion and problems; however, relevant theories and achievements are being applied to primary and secondary school teachers The process of transmission has been contradictory.
