我厂拥有起重量为2～100吨的各种起重设备43台,它们各具有3～5个齿轮减速箱,在减速箱内原来都使用机油润滑。按规定,起重设备每三个月保养换油一次,每次共需停工344小时、用油497.8公斤,全年累计停工1376小时、用油1991.2公斤。由于有些减速箱的接合面密封不良,漏油严重,既浪费机油又污染环境。同时,因机油的承载力差,在较高压力下,啮合面上的油膜易挤破而润滑不良,造成齿面严重磨损,影响设备完好率。
