概要介绍了北京东环广场工程和暖通空调总体设计方案 ,重点介绍写字楼部分的全空气空调系统设计及特点。指出写字楼惯用的风机盘管加新风做法存在新风量不足、冬季室温过高、过渡季难以充分利用新风等缺陷。该工程中采用的多分区空调器可以解决上述问题。工程运行情况良好。
This paper introduces the overall design of Beijing Donghuan Square and HVAC project, and introduces the design and characteristics of the whole air conditioning system in the office building. Pointed out that the office of the usual fan coil plus fresh air there is a lack of fresh air volume, winter temperature is too high, difficult to make full use of fresh air during the transition season and other defects. The multi-zone air conditioner used in this project can solve the above problems. The project is in good condition.
