目的:探讨杀虫双和速灭威的联合染毒对小鼠全血胆碱酯酶活性的影响。方法:以昆明种清洁级小鼠为实验动物,进行不同剂量的杀虫双和速灭威混配对小鼠进行经口灌胃急性染毒实验。实验分为3个阶段:杀虫双单独染毒实验、速灭威单独染毒实验、杀虫双和速灭威混配析因设计。各染毒组按相应的染毒方案以0.1 mL/10g经口灌胃染毒,染毒后观察动物的中毒表现,并记录症状和死亡情况。1 h后取血测定胆碱酯酶活性。结果:杀虫双、速灭威各单剂染毒组的小鼠全血胆碱酯酶活性均低于正常生理盐水组(P<0.05);杀虫双与速灭威等毒混配各染毒组小鼠全血胆碱酯酶活性明显降低(P<0.05);且影响存在交互作用(P<0.05),可以认为100%LD50杀虫双和100%LD50速灭威组合时,对小鼠毒性最大,小鼠全血胆碱酯酶活性最小。结论:杀虫双和速灭威等毒混配对胆碱酯酶活性抑制更明显,存在交互协同作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of combination of insecticidal double and quick destroy on the activity of whole blood cholinesterase in mice. Methods: Kunming mice of clean grade were used as experimental animals. The mice were subjected to acute oral exposure by oral administration with different dosages of insecticidal double and fast killing agents. The experiment is divided into three stages: single insecticide double exposure experiment, single drug exposure test, single insecticide test and quick test result. All exposure groups were treated with 0.1 mL / 10 g oral gavage according to the corresponding protocol. The animals were poisoned and the symptoms and deaths were recorded. After 1 h blood was measured for cholinesterase activity. Results: The activity of cholinesterase in the whole blood of mice in the single-dose and dual-dose groups was lower than that in the normal saline group (P <0.05) The activity of cholinesterase in the whole blood of mice in the treated group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05), and there was interaction (P <0.05). The combination of 100% LD50 insecticidal double and 100% The mice were the most toxic and the mice had the lowest activity of whole blood cholinesterase. CONCLUSION: The insecticidal double and the fast off of Wei and other drug mixtures inhibit the activity of cholinesterase more obvious, there is interaction and synergies.
