采用红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TG)等研究了聚丁二酸丁二醇酯/碳酸钙(PBS/CaCO3)复合材料的老化性能。结果表明:老化后PBS/CaCO3的FTIR特征峰强度发生了一定变化;随着老化时间的延长,复合材料的结晶度由25.08%提高到36.56%;PBS/CaCO3复合材料比PBS有更好的热稳定性;老化过程中材料的拉伸强度逐渐下降。
The aging properties of polybutylene succinate / calcium carbonate (PBS / CaCO3) composites were investigated by FTIR, XRD and TG. The results showed that the intensity of the FTIR characteristic peak of PBS / CaCO3 changed after aging. The crystallinity of the composites increased from 25.08% to 36.56% with the aging time increasing. The PBS / CaCO3 composite had better heat capacity than PBS Stability; Tensile strength of the material during aging gradually decreased.
