目的探讨巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1α(macrophageinflammatoryprotein-1α,MIP-1α)在2型糖尿病患者和非糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化动脉内膜中的表达与分布。方法采用免疫组织化学方法分别检测13例2型糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化动脉内膜、15例非糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化动脉内膜及7例健康人正常动脉内膜MIP-1α的表达和分布,并利用计算机图像分析仪对免疫组化染色切片进行灰度扫描,作相对定量分析。结果正常动脉内膜未见MIP-1α阳性表达,平均灰度值为234.27±8.04。MIP-1α在非糖尿病患者不同期的动脉粥样硬化动脉内膜中呈不同程度的表达:MIP-1α在脂纹期动脉内膜平均灰度值为168.40±7.69,主要分布在内皮细胞及泡沫细胞中;MIP-1α在纤维斑块期动脉内膜平均灰度值为173..67±6.56,主要分布在泡沫细胞,而内皮细胞仅有弱的MIP-1α染色。在糖尿病患者脂纹期及纤维斑块期动脉内膜中,内皮细胞及泡沫细胞中皆有较强的MIP-1α染色,脂纹期动脉内膜MIP-1α平均灰度值为132.73±6.01,纤维斑块期动脉内膜MIP-1α平均灰度值为138.68±9.41。结论正常动脉内膜未见MIP-1α阳性表达。MIP-1α在非糖尿病患者脂纹期动脉内膜中的表达明显增多,在纤维斑块期动脉内膜中的表达逐渐减弱。MIP-1α在糖尿病患者脂纹期动脉内膜中的表达显著增高,与非糖尿病患者脂纹期动脉内膜中的表达相比差异有显著性(P<0.05);在糖尿病患者纤维斑块期动脉内膜中仍有较强的表达,与非糖尿病患者纤维斑块期动脉内膜中的表达相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。

Conclusion There is no positive expression of MIP-1α in normal artery. The expression of MIP-1α in the attima of the atherosclerosis in non-diabetic patients increased significantly, and the expression of MIP-1α in the intima of the arterial intima decreased gradually. The expression of MIP-1α was significantly increased in the attima during the atherosclerosis in diabetic patients, which was significantly different from that in the non-diabetic patients (P <0.05). In the plaque stage of diabetic patients, There was still a strong expression in the intima of the arteries, which was significantly different from that in the non-diabetic patients (P <0.05).
