本文介绍十年来美国医院外科发展的趋势——由住院外科向门诊外科转变的过程。面对这一新形势,不同医院对门诊外科机构建设采取了不同对策,有些医院采取在院内做必要的调整,有些则采取向外发展的策略。在门诊外科发展过程中,不同医院虽然采取的对策不同,但大都根据自己特点作出调整以适应新形势的需要,文中谈到许多门诊外科建设会遇到的问题及相应对策。
This article describes the trend of surgical development in hospitals in the United States over the past decade—the transition from inpatient surgery to outpatient surgery. In the face of this new situation, different hospitals have adopted different countermeasures for outpatient surgical institutions. Some hospitals have taken necessary adjustments in hospitals and some have adopted outward development strategies. In the development of outpatient surgery, different hospitals have adopted different countermeasures, but most of them have made adjustments according to their own characteristics to meet the needs of the new situation. The article talks about the problems encountered in outpatient surgery construction and the corresponding countermeasures.
