云南昆明立宇水泥建材有限公司有一台Φ2.6m×13m边缘传动水泥磨,于2000年3月投产使用,运行到2005年,大小齿轮磨损已十分严重,振动加剧,已不能维持生产,必须予以更换。为了使更换后的大小齿轮能有较长的使用寿命和较好的使用性能,决定采用大变位齿轮的设计方案。
