目的研究开放性骨折合并软组织缺损的负压封闭引流治疗效果以及相应的护理措施。方法选取自2014年1月至2017年1月收治的开放性骨折合并软组织缺损患者78例,按入院登记薄分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施常规方法进行治疗,研究组实施负压封闭引流术进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者在换药次数、创面缩小程度以及二期缝合、植皮以及皮瓣修复等方面均优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的植皮优良率明显低于研究组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对开放性骨折合并软组织缺损患者给予负压封闭引流术并实施有效的护理干预,可缩小创面面积,减少换药次数,促进植皮以及皮瓣的修复,临床效果显著。
Objective To study the effect of negative pressure and closed drainage in treating open fractures complicated with soft tissue defects and corresponding nursing measures. Methods From January 2014 to January 2017, 78 patients with open fracture and soft tissue defect admitted to our hospital were divided into study group and control group according to the register of hospitalization, and the control group was treated by conventional method. The study group was given negative pressure Closed drainage for treatment, the treatment effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results The patients in the study group were better than the control group in the number of dressings, the degree of wound reduction, the second-stage suture, skin grafting and skin flap repair, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The skin graft excellent rate was significantly higher in the control group The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The patients with open fractures complicated with soft tissue defect underwent negative pressure closed drainage and effective nursing intervention can reduce the wound area, reduce the number of dressing change, and promote the skin graft and skin flap repair. The clinical effect is remarkable.
