本文结合省域高速公路交通事件联网应急处置的业务需求,基于多媒体技术设计了高速公路联网监控指挥调度系统,重点研究了系统框架、联网监控功能、调度系统接口协议、音视频编码等关键技术,阐述了系统在高速公路联网监控中心的具体应用,并指出了系统在交通行业的应用前景。
Based on the multimedia technology, this paper designs a highway command monitoring and dispatching system based on multimedia technology, and focuses on the key technologies such as system framework, network monitoring function, scheduling system interface protocol, audio and video coding and so on. The application of the system in expressway networked monitoring center is expounded, and the application prospect of the system in the transportation industry is pointed out.
