目的:探讨互动点评式晨会交班在普外科病房的实践和效果。方法:规范护理交班流程,采取互动点评式的晨会交班方式,在危重患者病情知晓度、医生和患者家属对护士的满意度方面与传统交班方式相比较。结果:实施互动点评式晨会交班后,危重患者病情知晓度、医生和患者家属对护士的满意度显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:实施互动点评式晨会交班,可提高护理人员对危重患者病情的知晓度,提高医生和患者家属对护士的满意度。
Objective: To investigate the practice and effect of interactive comment morning meeting in general surgery ward. Methods: To standardize the nursing care shift process and adopt an interactive comment morning shift to compare with the traditional shift method in patients with critically ill patients, satisfaction degree of doctors and their families with nurses. Results: Satisfaction degree of the critically ill patients and the satisfaction of the doctors and their relatives to the nurses were significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of interactive comment morning shift, can improve nursing staff awareness of critically ill patients and improve the satisfaction of doctors and their families to nurses.
