磷矿石的P2O5品位低是当前磷化工行业遇到的突出问题。根据滇东地区中低品位磷矿的特点,并结合当地磷化工业的格局,探讨开发利用中低品位磷矿资源的途径:一是优化矿种,合理用矿;二是采用磷矿烧结预处理技术,烧结料用作黄磷生产的原料;三是采用含碳还原球团-熔融冶炼等高新技术,提升钙镁磷肥企业的综合经济效益和市场竞争力,将滇东地区建成钙镁磷肥综合冶炼基地。
Phosphorus ore P2O5 low grade is currently the outstanding problems encountered in the phosphorus chemical industry.
