以~(99m)Tc-ECD、~(99m)Tc-(d,1)HM-PAO的放化纯度测定为例,利用ECT动态采集方法对显像剂的薄层层析进行动态观察,建立一种在5min内测定显像剂放化纯度的快速测定法,为临床上显像剂的质量控制提供一种有效、实用的快速测定法。
Taking the radiochemical purity of ~ (99m) Tc-ECD and ~ (99m) Tc- (d, 1) HM-PAO as an example, the thin layer chromatography of the imaging agent was dynamically observed by ECT dynamic acquisition method A rapid determination of radiochemical purity of imaging agents within 5 minutes provides an effective and practical rapid assay for the quality control of imaging agents in clinical practice.
