Combined with the papers of 84 graduates in marine geology, 40 sediment samples from the Yellow River Estuary and a few Luanhe Estuary sediments (see Figure 1) were used to conduct trace element emission spectroscopic analysis with background as the internal standard. Spectral conditioning tests were performed prior to formal analysis and trace elements analyzed for repeatability (including repeatability of blackness and repeatability of concentrations) were analyzed using standard samples.
