创新型地学人才培养是当今信息时代的需求,而探索多样化的育人模式是培养创新型地学人才的前提。基于山东科技大学地学专业本科生近年来在考研和地质技能大赛中获得的成绩,本文系统地总结了创新型地学人才培养的经验与启示。认为创新型地学人才的培养是各教学环节有机结合的系统工程,优秀的生源是基础;健全的制度体系是保障;敬业爱岗的教师是关键;兴趣的培养是内在的驱动力;基础教学、实践教学是关键环节;实习基地、实验条件是硬件;而优良的学风是文化的长期积淀和传承。
The cultivation of innovative geosciences is the demand of today’s information age, and exploring diversified modes of educating people is the prerequisite for training innovative geosciences. Based on the achievements made by undergraduates majoring in geosciences at Shandong University of Science and Technology in the Kaoyan and Geotechnical Skill Contests in recent years, this paper systematically summarizes the experience and enlightenment of innovative geosciences personnel training. It is believed that the cultivation of innovative geosciences is a systematic project of organic combination of all teaching steps, and excellent students are the foundation. A sound institutional system is a guarantee; teachers who are dedicated to love their posts are the key; interest cultivation is an intrinsic driving force; Practical teaching is the key link; internship base, the experimental conditions of the hardware; and good style of study is the long-term cultural heritage and heritage.
