本院自1993年2月~1996年2月收治急性有机磷农药中毒74例,其中出现急性肺水肿25例,疗效满意。其抢救体会报道如下。一、临床资料25例中男5例,女20例,年龄18~55岁。2例系喷撒有机磷农药中毒,23例系口服中毒。其中敌敌畏中毒12例,乐果中毒8例,甲胺磷中毒3例,1605和1059中毒各1例。本组出现肌肉纤颤18例,瞳孔缩小20例,心动过缓12例,全部病例均有呼吸困难、皮肤湿冷、流涎、两肺满布湿罗音及不同程度的意识障碍。本组病例
The hospital from February 1993 to February 1996 admitted to acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in 74 cases, of which 25 cases of acute pulmonary edema, with satisfactory results. The rescue report is as follows.
