目的对普通级实验家兔进行剖腹净化建立SPF家兔种群,提高实验用兔的质量,满足科研、生产及检定工作需要。方法采用剖腹摘取子宫术,在无菌隔离器内以人工哺乳方法将仔兔培育成无菌兔,再将双岐杆菌等肠道正常菌接种到无菌兔体内,使其成为SPF兔;对SPF环境中植入肠道正常菌兔和未植菌兔离乳后生长性能进行观察比较。结果人工培育出的SPF兔,经微生物和寄生虫检测,符合国家SPF兔标准;植入肠道正常菌群兔体重与未植入肠道正常菌兔生长体重相比极显著增加。结论通过剖腹摘取子宫术,人工哺乳仔兔和植入肠道正常菌群的方法建立了SPF实验用兔种群。
OBJECTIVE To purify the SPF rabbits by routine laparotomy and improve the quality of experimental rabbits to meet the needs of scientific research, production and testing. Methods Cesarean section was performed by cesarean section, and the rabbits were bred into sterile rabbits by artificial feeding in a sterile isolator. The normal intestinal bacteria such as Bifidobacterium were inoculated into sterile rabbits to become SPF rabbits. The growth performance of the normal intestinal bacteria-implanted rabbits and un-implanted rabbits after SPF implantation were observed. Results SPF rabbits cultured artificially were detected by microorganisms and parasites and accorded with the national standard of SPF rabbits. The body weight of normal rabbits implanted in rabbits was significantly higher than that of rabbits without normal intestinal bacteria. Conclusions The rabbit population for SPF experiment was established by cesarean section removal, artificial feeding of rabbits and implantation of normal intestinal flora.
