工业生产自动化、信息化是企业未来发展的重要趋势之一,要想控制优化生产过程,并对设备性能进行合理评估,必须对生产现场数据进行采集。然而现场采集的原始数据往往存在随机误差和过失误差,因此对企业制订生产计划和节能降耗方案产生了一定的负面影响。本文主要以某企业的蒸汽计量系统为例,说明数据校正在企业能源计量管理中的应用,分析了数据校正系统的基本流程,对提高企业能源数据的准确性,具有十分重要的意义。
Industrial production automation, information technology is one of the important trends in the future development of enterprises. To control and optimize the production process and to properly evaluate the performance of equipment, the production site data must be collected. However, the original data collected on the spot often have random errors and negligence errors. Therefore, it has a certain negative impact on the formulation of production plans and energy conservation and consumption reduction plans. This paper mainly takes the steam metering system of an enterprise as an example to illustrate the application of data correction in enterprise energy measurement management and analyzes the basic flow of data correction system, which is of great significance to improve the accuracy of enterprise energy data.
