血小板在动脉血栓形成及动脉粥样硬化的(AS)发生发展中具有重要作用。近年的中药活血化瘀方药研究表明,抑制血小板聚集和抗血栓形成作用,已成为活血化瘀方药的主要作用方式和机制。自古以来,人们根据大黄(麻虫)虫丸的活血化瘀、祛瘀生新之治则,在临床上广为应用。为了进一步了解大黄蜇虫丸在冠心病防治中的作用,本文观察其对血小板聚集性和粘附性的影响。实验材料大黄(麻虫)虫丸,为西安自力中药厂产品,批号:891219。实验用其12.8%的水溶液。二磷酸腺苷(ADP),为中国科学院东风试剂厂产品。花生四烯酸(AA),为南京生化制药厂
Platelets play an important role in the development of arterial thrombosis and atherosclerosis (AS). In recent years, traditional Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis have shown that the inhibition of platelet aggregation and antithrombotic effects has become the main mode of action and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis.
