本文从金属炉料配比、熔炼设备、炉前控制、熔化时参数等方面总结了试制MTVTi30-54的熔铸工艺和生产验证。叙述了自1977年3月正式生产 MTVTi30-54牌号钒钛耐磨铸铁以来,先后生产 C616普通车床、C6432卡盘车床、C5116型立式车床1千余台分,经检验:抗弯强度合格率为89%,其中有38%可达60公斤/毫米~2以上;抗拉强度合格率为85%,其中有52%可达32公斤/毫米~2以上,基本上达到《机床导轨用钒钛耐磨铸铁试行技术条件》的要求。硬度值全部达到试行技术条件要求。文中提出只要按试行技术条件规定的成份配料,熟炼掌握熔铸工艺,是可以达到 MTVTi30-54牌号要求的,而且资源立足于省内,前途宽广。
