4月27日至28日,第二届公共政策年会在南京大学召开,来自中国人民大学、南京大学、武汉大学和中山大学等高校的专家学者围绕“治道变革的挑战与回应:中国公共政策研究的过去与未来”的主题展开深入研讨。为推进政府决策科学化进程提供“正能量”复旦大学国际关系与公共事务学院教授朱春奎表示,公共政策研究有政策过程研究和政策分析两个基本发展路径,前者旨在更好地理解公共政策制定过程,后者则是关于政策分析工具的使用和用于解决政策问题的知识。
From April 27 to April 28, the second annual public policy meeting was held in Nanjing University. Experts and scholars from Renmin University of China, Nanjing University, Wuhan University and Sun Yat-sen University revolved around the challenge of “ Policy research in the past and the future, ”the theme of in-depth discussion. Zhu Chunkui, a professor of Fudan University’s School of International Relations and Public Affairs, said that public policy research has two basic development paths: policy process research and policy analysis. The former aims to better understand the public Policy development process, while the latter is about the use of policy analysis tools and the knowledge used to address policy issues.
