针对流场测量采集数据处理复杂的特点,设计了基于单片机的数据采集系统,以满足多变的测试需求的基础环节;在介绍了测试原理后,给出了硬件模块及接口间的设计思路和工作过程,重点分析了软件设计流程;通过流场校验试验和测量试验,对五组压力传感器采集到的数据进行处理,验证采集系统的稳定性和流场测量装置的性能;试验结果表明:测试系统实现了对三维伴流场的测量和对传统传感器的身份识别,并提高了测试的效率;为进一步实现对其他传感器及测试系统的改造提供基础。
In view of the complicated characteristics of data acquisition in flow field measurement, a data acquisition system based on SCM was designed to meet the changing requirements of the test. After introducing the test principle, the design ideas of the hardware module and the interface were given. Work process, the software design flow is analyzed emphatically. Through the flow field calibration test and measurement test, the data collected by the five pressure sensors are processed to verify the stability of the acquisition system and the performance of the flow field measurement device. The experimental results show that: The test system realizes the measurement of the three-dimensional flow field and the identification of the traditional sensors, and improves the testing efficiency. It also provides the foundation for the further transformation of other sensors and test systems.
