近年来,各种原因导致的慢性肾衰竭(chronicrenal failure,CRF)病例呈快速增长的趋势,而维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)是CRF终末期的重要治疗方法。房颤在血液透析患者中的发病率高达10.9%~27.0%,以阵发性房颤最为常见,是影响患者预后的重要原因。P波离散度(P wave dispersion,Pd)是1998年Dilaveris等提出的反映心房内部位依从性非均质电活动的新概念,是预测房颤发生的体表心电图新指标。本文将P波离散度在血液透析过程中的变化及其对预防血液透析患者房颤发生的临床意义进行综述如下:
In recent years, various causes of chronic renal failure (CRF) showed a trend of rapid increase, and maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) is an important treatment for CRF. The incidence of atrial fibrillation in hemodialysis patients as high as 10.9% ~ 27.0% to paroxysmal atrial fibrillation is the most common, is an important reason affecting the prognosis of patients. P wave dispersion (P wave dispersion, Pd) is a new concept proposed by Dilaveris et al in 1998 to reflect intra-atrial-site-based inhomogeneous electrical activity and is a new index of body surface electrocardiogram to predict atrial fibrillation.
