患儿女,31天.因20分钟前在我院某科注射乙肝疫苗时,被误注50mg 度冷丁后致呼吸停止于1989年5月1日晨急诊入院.查体:体重3.2kg。四肢呈痉挛样抽搐,面色苍白,唇绀明显,两侧瞳孔散大,直径为0.6cm,对光及调节反应均消失.呼吸停止,心率90次/分.Moro’s 征消失.入院确诊为超大剂量(50mg)度冷丁致急性中枢性呼吸衰竭.抢救主要过程:抢救初因隐瞒用该药物史,我科见忠儿频繁抽搐即给苯巴比妥钠10mg 肌注,随即给氧,肌注洛
