从2014年1月开始,我们推出全新青少年网球栏目《成长笔记》,打算对一位普通的网球小选手进行长期持续报道,通过对其日常生活、学习、训练等方面真实且平实的报道,来带出青少年网球选手在成长过程中所能遇到的各个方面的问题,供广大网球教练,家长及相关人员探讨。这是“蓄谋”已久的专栏,笔者从两年前就开始考虑这个选题,只是两年来一直觉得时机还未成熟,并有太多顾虑。比如说,谁是合适的人选?让一个小朋友这么早就期期在杂志上露脸,会不会对其正常的成长有所影响?能否过家长这一关?未来水平提高的多少与比赛成绩的好坏是否会对其教练或所在机构产生负面影响?杂志社是否有人能够长期跟盯,从而写出客观
Starting from January 2014, we launched our new youth tennis section, “Growth Notes,” aiming to provide a long-term ongoing coverage of an average tennis player and to give a true and level coverage of daily life, study, training, etc. Bring out all aspects of problems encountered by young tennis players in the process of growing up for discussion by the majority of tennis coaches, parents and related personnel. This is the long-awaited column of “Conspiracy”. I started to consider this topic two years ago. I just felt that the timing was not yet ripe for two years and there were too many concerns. For example, who is the right person? How can having a child show up in a magazine for such an early period affects his or her normal growth? Can a parent be turned off? How much will the future improve? Whether good or bad will have a negative impact on their coaches or their agencies? Does anyone in the magazine be able to follow long-term stares to write objective
