荆紫关,中州一古镇,位于鄂豫陕三省交界的群山怀抱中。丹江出陕入豫,绕山萦峦,缓缓从荆紫关流过,清澈似练。古街,古居,古宫,为古建筑群三绝。清代一条街,南北走向,绵延五里有余,700余间古建筑保存基本完好,称天下第一镇。 丹江从商州市黑龙口,穿越秦岭肚子流经这一小盆地,建成“西接秦川,南通鄂渚”的荆紫关。
