用胶原酶将动物的胰腺组织水解可制成分散的胰腺腺泡。将腺泡悬液和促分泌物一起培养,观察一定时间内释出的淀粉酶量作为检测腺泡分泌功能的指标。利用这一方法能在细胞水平探讨分泌的机制。目前,本法常用于研究与胰腺分泌有关的各种多肽类促分泌物的作用,探讨其结构和功能之间的关系;也可用同位素的标记物结合腺泡细胞膜上的受体,研究作用物和受体之间的交互作用;探讨一些生理或药理现象(如残余刺激现象、失敏感性或耐受性)的共同本质。
