目的 分析了急性农药中毒的心电图特征及时处理 ,以提高治愈率 ,降低死亡率 .方法 对急性有机磷农药中毒常规心电图资料 10 0例 ,行观察分析 .结果 异常心电图占农药中毒总数的 75 % ,其中二项以上者占中毒总数48% ,死亡 4例心电图均有一次以上异常 .结论 有机磷农药对心脏毒性作用较显著 ,与中毒程度呈正比 ,常规描记心电图 ,积极处理心律失常 ,以降低其病死率 .
