换气过程的品质对工作循环有着重大影响,用不稳定管流程序对换气过程进行辅助设计可以节省大量试验工作,并找出较佳的换气参数。通过对PMB程序的重点介绍,可以了解其主要功能。分析用PMB对EQ6100汽油机计算的结果,得出其主要参数η_v、P_i、P_zmax及进气管压力波与实测值具有相同的规律。作者认为用PMB程序进行辅助设计具有较高的精度。计算值与实测值的差异,作者认为是原始数据选择不当。为此作者集中探讨了主要原始数据选择的规律,得出明显的线性规律,为正确选择原始数据提供了基础。在调整原始数据后对高、低速工况重新计算,结果几乎与实测值相同。因此作者认为用PMB程序计算不仅能获得相同的规律,而且数值上也基本一致。
The quality of the ventilation process has a significant impact on the work cycle.
