目的观察智能运动训练系统对痉挛型双瘫脑性瘫痪(简称脑瘫)患儿下肢功能的影响。方法 60例痉挛型双瘫脑瘫患儿随机分为观察组及对照组各30例,均采用常规康复治疗,观察组同时配合MOTOmed智能训练系统进行训练。两组治疗前后采用新修订的Ashworth量表评定、粗大运动功能评定量表(GMFM)进行康复评定。结果治疗3个月后,观察组小腿三头肌肌张力较对照组明显下降(P<0.05),观察组GMFM评分较对照组明显提高(P<0.05)。结论智能运动训练系统能有效提高痉挛型脑瘫患儿的粗大运动功能。
Objective To observe the effects of intelligent sports training system on the function of lower extremity in children with spastic diplegia cerebral palsy (referred to as cerebral palsy). Methods Sixty children with spastic diplegia cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). All cases were treated by routine rehabilitation. The observation group was trained with MOTOmed intelligent training system. Two groups before and after treatment with the newly revised Ashworth scale assessment, gross motor function assessment scale (GMFM) rehabilitation assessment. Results After 3 months of treatment, the triceps muscle tone in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The GMFM score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Intelligent exercise training system can effectively improve the coarse motor function in children with spastic cerebral palsy.
