1984年11月8~10日,波兰召开了《化工原料开采、地下贮库、环境》讨论会,参加会议的有来自苏联、南斯拉夫、捷克斯洛伐克、东德、荷兰、波兰等国的专家和学者。会议的目的是广泛交流岩盐和硫的开采,利用采矿坑道贮存石油产品、天然气和放射性废料,以及保护环境不受岩盐和硫的地下开采工作有害影响等问题。会间听取了63份报告。与会各国代表在分组会议上报告了科学技术和实践工作成果,其主要内容包括:通过地面钻孔用地下溶浸方法开采岩盐和井下开采时利用联合采掘机械破碎岩盐块体方法;用溶浸岩盐空洞贮存燃料和放射性废料;岩盐溶浸空硐范围内和井下采矿时其他采矿巷道范围内岩层变形和位移状态的测定;在淹没的矿井内,氯化钠饱和溶液对硐室稳定性的影响;用岩石充填盐矿回采硐室的水力方法;在岩盐和其他地层内长期贮放强辐射废料的安全保证。
From November 8 to November 8, 1984, Poland held a seminar on “Chemical Raw Materials Mining, Underground Storage, Environment”. Experts and scholars from the Soviet Union, Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia, East Germany, the Netherlands and Poland attended the conference . The purpose of the meeting was to exchange widely available information on the exploitation of rock salt and sulfur, the use of mining tunnels to store petroleum products, natural gas and radioactive waste and to protect the environment from the harmful effects of underground mining of rock salt and sulfur. 63 reports were heard during the meeting. Representatives of participating countries reported their achievements in science, technology and practice at the sub-group meeting. The main contents include: underground rock leaching with rock drilling by underground leaching and rock crushing by means of a joint mining machine when mining underground; Empty storage of fuel and radioactive waste; determination of deformation and displacement of rock strata within the range of rock salt infiltration cave and other mining tunnels during downhole mining; influence of saturated sodium chloride solution on chamber stability in submerged mine; Hydrodynamics of rock filling of salt mines for caving chambers; safety assurance of long-term storage of strong radioactive waste in rock salt and other formations.
