利用热敏电阻测温探头测定拉美斑潜蝇蛹的过冷却点 ,老熟蛹为 - 12 6℃ ,新化蛹为 - 11 1℃ ,平均为 - 11 85℃。老熟蛹与新化蛹相比 ,过冷却点平均低 1 5℃ ,老熟蛹较耐低温。自然环境下在济南、烟台均可越冬 ,而个别较寒冷的冬季年则不能自然越冬或越冬死亡率较高。
The supercooling points of pupae of L. occidentalis were determined by using thermistor temperature probe. The number of mature pupae was -126 ℃ and the number of new pupae was -111 ℃ with an average of -1185 ℃. Compared with the new pupation, the old pupate and the new pupation, the average subcooling point is low 15 ℃, the older pupal more resistant to low temperature. Natural environment in Jinan, Yantai can be overwintering, while the individual in the colder winter can not naturally wintering or overwintering mortality.
