研究旨在调查失神经后的骨骼肌血管床解剖模式的异常改变。将W/HC大鼠制成失神经趾长伸肌模型,用光镜、电镜、免疫组化等方法观察失神经后第1、2、4、7、12、18个月的毛细血管与肌纤维的比率(CFR)、毛细血管与肌纤维的距离、肌纤维的类型改变及其他毛细血管和肌纤维退化的形态学指标。结果发现,在失神经后头7个月CFR下降了88%(以正常骨骼肌为对照),从(1.55±0.35)降到(0.19±0.04),在后11个月以较缓
The aim of the study was to investigate the abnormal changes in anatomical patterns of skeletal muscle vasculature after denervation. The W / HC rats were made into longissimus dorsi model of denervated toe extensor, and the capillaries and myofibers on the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 7th, 12th and 18th months after denervation were observed by light microscope, electron microscope and immunohistochemistry (CFR), the distance between capillaries and muscle fibers, the type of muscle fibers and other morphological indicators of capillary and muscle fiber degeneration.
