对生产现场实行系统、全面管理,是加强与优化现场管理的有效措施。绵阳市化工厂自1990年以来,确立了“以人为本,全面提高企业素质”的管理方针,从系统观点出发,对企业及生产现场进行全方位管理,收到了显著成效。工厂先后获省级先进企业、部级清洁文明工厂、市优秀企业与文明单位等称号,国家兵器工业总公司领导多次到厂检查与视察,给予“一流管理”的评价。企业经济效益大幅度增长,80年代企业实现的利税是前20年的3.2倍,90年代的前5年企业实现的利税已是80年代利税总额的1.1倍。
Implementation of systematic and comprehensive management of the production site is an effective measure to strengthen and optimize on-site management. From a systematic point of view, it has conducted a full-scale management of enterprises and production sites and received remarkable results. The factory has won the provincial-level advanced enterprises, ministerial-level clean and civilized factories, municipal outstanding enterprises and civilized units and other titles, the National Ordnance Industry Corporation leaders to the factory inspection and inspection many times, to give “first-class management” of the evaluation. The economic efficiency of enterprises increased substantially. The profits and taxes realized by enterprises in the 1980s were 3.2 times those of the previous two decades. The profits and taxes realized by enterprises in the first five years of the 1990s were 1.1 times of the total profits and taxes of the 1980s.
