班主任是天底下最小的“主任”,是学校最基层的管理者。班主任工作既琐碎又庞杂——琐碎到学生的吃喝拉撒、一举一动,庞杂到孩子们在学校里的一切事务。进入新世纪,面对社会环境和家长不断提出的高要求,班主任的工作压力和精神压力越来越大,班主任工作也越来越难做,班主任在彷徨与无奈中坚守,在负重中前行。为此,在新的一年里,我刊将继续努力办好“班级广场”这个栏目,希望把它真正办成广大班主任朋友倾吐心声、发表真知灼见、交流心得感受和经验的平台。同时,也希望班主任朋友们踊跃来稿、荐稿(来稿要求有真情实感,多用事实说话),并请多提宝贵意见,共同办好这一属于班主任自己的栏目。
